Mr. Akash Damawale is an Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Commerce Graduate. He is focused and goal-oriented professional with nearly five years of experience in Corporate law; He was previously associated with LegaLogic Consulting, Pune. He had skilled in of transactions from initiation to integration. Expertise in evaluation and due diligence performing legal functions including drafting, vetting & negotiating legal documents and managing end-to-end handling of proposals before the business unit for mergers and acquisitions (including equity share buyouts, JV, divestment of stake in businesses, slump sale evaluation, and so on). Competent in interacting with RBI, ROC, MCA and other Regulatory Authorities to ensure smooth flow of operations.
